Rend Lake College seeks a full-time CTE Support and Grants Specialist. This individual will:
- Organize, maintain, and track CTE/Grant files and financial reports.
- Maintain confidentiality.
- Assist Director-Perkins & CTE with related requirements
- Attend relevant meetings and conferences.
- Ensure compliance with CTE specific grants as assigned.
- Track expenditures, recruitment activities, assist with grant reports, process reimbursement requests, compile evaluation data, and other duties as assigned.
- Organize and serve as the main point of contact for area schools and industry leaders involved in CTE/Perkins events to coordinate and support advisory board meetings and grant-funded events.
- Actively participate in and assist in the coordination of department activities and recruitment.
- Compile reports, surveys, evaluations, reconcile financial reports and other required documentation.
- Maintain and track CTE grant files and documents.
- Process purchase orders, invoices, and professional correspondence in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with any CTE specific grants as assigned.
- Support CTE grant steering committees by attending meetings and handling note-taking and meeting minutes as needed

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree preferred, Associate’s Degree from an accredited institution required
- Strong written and oral communication required
- Detail-minded self-starter with excellent organization
- Excellent computer skills with the ability to enter, and retrieve data
SALARY & BENEFITS
- $36,000-$38,000 Annually
- Full benefits.
